The village's planning commission (and/or zoning board) helps create and optimize the structure of land development needs and land development standards.

Code Enforcement
Failure to comply with the Village of Batavia Zoning Code can result in the issuance of a Non-Compliance Letter issued by the Zoning Administrator.
Failure to bring the property into compliance by the time specified in the letter could result in legal action.
Citations may be issued for violations such as:
