Auxier Hall and the conference are available for rental to village residents and business owners.  The hall has a capacity of 221 and 15 in the conference room.  The building is available Sunday - Thursday 8am to 8pm.  and Friday - Saturday 8am - 9pm.  Holidays are excluded.  The municipal building and the grounds are tobacco free and no alcohol nor gambling is permitted.  Political signs of any kind are prohibited.

The audio-visual system is available only during normal business hours.

Any event with food or beverages will require additional fees. These include a maintenance fee and building monitor fee.  A $200.00 deposit is also required. The kitchen is available with use of microwave and refrigerator only. No open flames are permitted inside the building with the exception of canned heat / Sterno for food warming.

Fee Schedule
Maintenance fee: $155
Building monitor: $30 per hour, $120 minimum
Refundable deposit: $200

An organization may only rent once a month. Organizations that do not require furniture movement nor food/beverage are not subject to the additional fees.

The applicant is responsible for cleanup including removing garbage from the building.

The Mayor or Village Administrator may waive portions of the lease guidelines.
