I, the undersigned, understand and agree that Village of Batavia will not be responsible for injury or loss to person or property while on the Village premises. I will be responsible for any losses or damages that result from my use of the premises. If losses or damages exceed my deposit of $200, I will pay for any additional amount. Further, I understand that should damage occur, my future privilege of using the facility may be revoked.
