Located at 184 East Main Street in the Village of Batavia, owner and Licensed Massage Therapist Sarah Heinrich built her business around a simple but powerful idea: the human body works like an engine. Regular maintenance prevents big problems, symptoms in one place usually trace back to something connected elsewhere, and the goal of a good technician is to actually fix what is wrong, not to keep you coming back forever.
That philosophy shows up in everything Muscle Mechanics does. The team of eight licensed therapists specializes in medically focused massage therapy, working with clients dealing with frozen shoulder, chronic back pain, post surgical recovery, TMJ, and conditions that have stumped other providers. Sarah opened Muscle Mechanics in fall 2020 and has grown the practice three times over since. The business is as much about community as it is about care.
