Petition For Zoning Change

The Following Must be attached:

1. Plat of property proposed for change of zoning showing all adjacent properties and easments (3 copies)

2. Stagtment of proposed change of use for property

3. Narrative detailing arguments reggarding the necessity and advisability of the change

4. Complete list of the names and mailing addresses of owners of all properties lying within the block where the proposed change is located and within 200 feet of any part of the property to be changed.

We the undersigned do hereby petition the Council of the Village of Batavia to change the zoning of the above listed properties as indicated. We also agree to reimburse the Village of Batavia for any costs incurred in the notification process whether the petition is granted or not.
